Personal Area
This is the area of the Portal that is devoted to personal transactions between citizens and the Valencian Administration. The options available are:
- Transactions pending: In this mailbox you can continue your personal transactions that have not yet been completed.
- Look up Files: In this mailbox you can obtain information about the processing status of your active personal files.
- Acknowledgements: In this mailbox you can access the registration acknowledgements of your personal transactions. You can search them and order the results by different criteria.
- Notifications: In this mailbox you can access notifications made by the Administration as a result of your personal transactions.
Representation Area
This is the Personal Area section devoted to transactions in the scope of representation, between the citizen and the Valencian Administration. The options available are:
- Transactions by Fiscal ID number: From this option, the citizen can look up the transactions made in the scope of representation, by National ID card no. or Fiscal ID no. of the person represented.
- Pending: In this mailbox, the citizen can continue his transactions in the scope of representation that he has not completed. Transactions in progress can be recovered in the previous status. If the period of continuance is exceeded, the transaction will be eliminated.
- Acknowledgements: Through this mailbox you can access the acknowledgements of registration of your transactions in the scope of representation. You can search them and arrange the results in accordance with different criteria.
- Representations: In this mailbox you can access authorizations for representation. The representation mailboxes are the following:
- People that I have authorized: List of people that I have authorized to act for me before the Generalitat.
- People that have authorized me: List of people that have authorized me to represent them before the Generalitat.
- Companies that have authorized me: List of legal entities that have authorized me to represent them before the Generalitat.
- Groups to which I belong: List of groups that I represent or with which I am associated that have signed a representation agreement which I have joined.
