Registration or re-registration after removal on the Comunitat Valenciana Population Information System (hereinafter SIP). The SIP is the institutional administrative register that contains administrative and health information on people resident in the Comunitat Valenciana and those who, while not being residents, have access to the health services provided by the Valencian Health System. The SIP aims to: a) Correctly identify and register all the patients and users of the Valencian Health System. b) Provide the information needed to assess the coverage and health care of the population, as well as to implement initiatives in the field of public health. c) Facilitate the exchange of clinical and administrative data between the institutional information systems of the Regional Ministry of Health, thus promoting progress towards interoperability. As a minimum, the SIP will include the identification data, location and accreditation method relating to the right to health coverage for each of the persons registered on it and, where appropriate, assign a centre and doctor.

Personal data must be provided: date of birth, gender and the country of nationality. In order to register, the following must be provided: - Duration of the stay in the Comunitat Valenciana or the period of time during which the applicant will be temporarily in the region. - Habitual residence in the Comunitat Valenciana, applicants must be registered with the corresponding council in the Comunitat Valenciana. During the procedure, the National Health System and the National Statistics Institute (INE) can be consulted to check the user's health care entitlements, as well as their registration status in the Comunitat Valenciana. A digital certificate is required to carry out this procedure.

Where residence in the Comunitat Valenciana must be accredited, the administration will consult directly by accessing the data intermediation platforms or other electronic systems established for this purpose, unless the applicant expressly opposes this consultation. The applicant's objection to automatic consultation may be made by means of the procedure indicated below in the supplementary information section. In the event of express opposition to the electronic consultation, the applicant must provide the Certificate of Residence at the Health Centre assigned to their residence after completing the procedure. The registration can be carried out, but they will be recorded as not registered until verification of residence in the Comunitat Valenciana. The Administration will not require the applicant to present original documents, unless, exceptionally, the applicable regulatory regulations establish otherwise. To this end, the applicant should indicate when and to which administrative body they submitted the aforementioned documents, and the Administration should collect them electronically through its institutional networks or by consulting the data intermediation platforms or other electronic systems established for this purpose. Exceptionally, if these documents cannot be obtained, the applicant may be asked to provide them again.

Once the electronic request has been made, the person concerned must go to the health centre corresponding to the place of residence to collect the individual health card or the corresponding inclusion document. In case of express opposition to the electronic consultation of the registration in the Valencian Community, you must provide the Certificate of census registration in the Health Centre. In this case, until the verification of the registration in our Community, the person concerned will remain as unregistered in the census.
