Registration in the A DIVISION of the Industrial Integrated Registration (RII) of COMPANIES AND INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS. Registration, significant changes (modification and change of ownership), data completion, data rectification, and deregistration. Industry - GVA.ES

1. The person owning the installation WILL ELECTRONICALLY SUBMIT the responsible statement for registering in the integrated industrial register to the territorial service responsible for industry in the province of the Comunitat Valenciana where the industrial establishment is located.

2. These procedures are automated and the data provided in the declaration are automatically sent to the ministry responsible for industry so that they can be entered in Division A of the integrated industrial register.

3. After the electronic submission, a file will be opened and the owner of the installation will receive an automatic email indicating:

• The code or number of each open file and the territorial service responsible for industry that will handle it.
• That, once the processing of the file has been completed, you can consult the updated details of your installations in the consultation service available in the section ‘My details > Installations registered in industry CV’ available in the Industry area of the website of the conselleria responsible for this area (see link in the section ‘What you need to know > What it is > Links’ of this procedure).
• And that, if you have any documentation to submit or you are required to provide any documents, you should do this by indicating the code or number of your file, through the correction phase of this same procedure, or through the electronic procedure of ‘Providing documentation for an open file in the Directorate General for INDUSTRY and/or ENERGY and/or MINES of the Generalitat Valenciana (excluding aid and archived files)’. 4.- How the procedure works

4.1. REGISTRATION:

The REGISTRATION procedure automatically assigns a registration number to the industrial establishment, which is sent along with the other data to the ministry responsible for industry for registration in DIVISION A of the integrated industrial register (RII).

Under no circumstances does the telematic notification sent imply a favourable decision by the Public Administration on the content of the statement of responsibility submitted, nor, therefore, of the registration in the RII carried out accordingly. And, furthermore, it should be understood notwithstanding the powers of inspection and, where appropriate, sanction, which correspond to the aforementioned Administration and the liabilities that may be incurred by the declaring company or industrial establishment.

Once processed registration in the A division of RII, companies and industrial establishments have to do the corresponding procedure(s) for its putting into service, or modification, change of ownership, or deregistration of its different facilities and/or activity through the specific procedure or procedures available in this Guide.

4.2. DEREGISTRATION:

The DEREGISTRATION procedure informs the industrial establishment of the cancellation of the registration number and is sent together with the other data to the ministry responsible for industry to be removed from DIVISION A of the integrated industrial register (RII).

4.3. MODIFICATION - Transfer:

The TRANSFER procedure maintains an existing integrated industrial register number for that holder and allocates it to the new address indicated. 

This procedure automatically changes the address assigned to the integrated industrial register number, but DOES NOT CHANGE the addresses of the rest of the installations, as these installations must deregister at the previous site and register at the new site.

4.4. MODIFICATION - Change of ownership:

The CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP procedure of the integrated industrial register makes it possible to change the holder’s CIF number, and also to change the corporate name, or to update the details of the holder’s registered address.

This procedure automatically changes the information of the holder of the integrated industrial register as well as that of all the installations of that holder that have that industrial register number associated with them, except for the following installations, which must obligatorily make the change of ownership through their specific procedure:

• High Voltage Power Lines
• Transformation Centres
• Lifts

4.5. MODIFICATION - Complete data:

This procedure allows you to complete the cadastral reference, telephone and email details of the integrated industrial register, but without being able to modify the rest of the address.

This procedure automatically changes the information entered in the integrated industrial register and also in all the installations of that holder that have that industrial register number associated with them.

4.6. MODIFICATION - Rectify general data:

This procedure allows you to change any of the address details of the establishment.

This procedure IS NOT AUTOMATIC, and the following document justifying the change of address requested must be provided when completing the procedure:

• Certificate of address issued by the town council of the establishment's municipality.

Once the documentation provided has been reviewed and deemed to be correct, the address will be changed in the integrated industrial register and in all the installations of that owner that have that industrial register number associated with them.

5. Possible further actions

• Inspection visit, where appropriate.
• Request for documentation, where appropriate
• Initiation of a disciplinary proceeding, in the event that the required documentation is not provided within the indicated period.
