DANA Offices

In addition to the PROP-DANA located in Massanassa, the Generalitat has created three other temporary offices to assist affected individuals:

  • DANA office in Paiporta
  • DANA office in Benetússer
  • DANA office in Algemesí

Opening Hours
DANA offices are generally open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm, on working days.
These offices will be closed on national holidays, Valencian Region bank holidays, and on December 24th and 31st.

Services
DANA offices collaborate with the municipalities to assist affected individuals in processing Generalitat aid. Additionally, they offer the following services to the general public:

  • General information and guidance
  • Assistance with registration matters
  • Electronic certificate (digital signature and Cl@ve)
