Offices for in-person assistance

OFFICES FOR IN-PERSON ASSISTANCE

The Generalitat has a network of offices for in-person assistance that offer help and guidance to citizens. In these offices, assistance is provided for the use of electronic means and guidance is given in locating dependencies and accessing to the different regional departments.

Based on the services they provide, they are classified into:

• PROP Offices. Located in Alicante, Castelló de la Plana, Elche, València, and Massanassa.
• PROP Points. Located in various towns in the Valencian Community.
• DANA Offices. Located in Algemesí, Benetússer, and Paiporta. 

Scheduled appointment
Both PROP offices and most PROP points have an scheduled appointment system to improve the quality of service and reduce waiting times.

• RESOLUTION of April 3rd, 2025, from the consellera de Justicia y Administración Pública, which eliminates the PROP-Cigüeña offices in the city of Valencia, PROP-La Torre in the city of Alicante, and PROP-Caragols, in the city of Castelló de la Plana, to ensure better service to the public by grouping the available resources.
• RESOLUTION of April 7th, 2025, from the consellera de Justicia y Administración Pública, which determines the PROP offices that serve the public on Thursday afternoons.
