PROP points

PROP POINTS

PROP assistance points, known as PROP points, are citizenship service offices shared by the Generalitat and a local entity.
Currently, there are 18 PROP points geographically distributed across the three provinces of the Valencian Region.

Scheduled appointment
To improve the quality of service and reduce waiting times, most PROP points have an scheduled appointment system, which can be arranged through the web, the phone number 012 (or +34 963866000), and the PROP point itself.

Opening Hours
PROP points serve the public according to the schedule determined by the creation agreement. As a general rule, they are open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 2 pm, on working days.
(The PROP point in Vinaròs also serves on Thursday afternoons, from 3 pm to 6 pm, except during the period from May 15 to October 15, during Christmas and Easter school holidays, and during the local festival week)

PROP points will be closed on national holidays, Valencian Region bank holidays, and on December 24th and 31st.

• Sign language assistance for carrying out procedures
• AutoPROP
