Interested persons must submit the following to the Valencian School of Health Studies: - Application form. - Document certifying nationality. - Copy of qualification or certificate of competence, with official translation (if applicable). - Copy of the academic certification issued for the studies carried out to obtain the qualification or certificate stating, among other things, the duration of the studies and the subjects or modules taken, with an official translation (if applicable). - Where the Member State in which it was obtained does not regulate the profession, a document issued by the competent authority certifying that the profession has been pursued on a full-time basis for one year or on a part-time basis for an equivalent period during the previous ten years. - If acting as a representative, accreditation of representation, unless the person is registered in the Generalitat Valenciana's Representatives Register, or in the A.G.E. Anyone obliged to interact with the Generalitat through electronic means, in accordance with the terms of Article 14 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on Common Administrative Procedures, must submit their applications online through the Generalitat's digital portal. 1.- The online submission of the application and the required documentation will be carried out THROUGH THE CORRESPONDING ONLINE PROCEDURE, via the direct link indicated above. To do this, they must have a recognised or qualified and advanced electronic signature system based on recognised or qualified electronic certificates for electronic signatures issued by providers included in the "Trusted Certification Service Providers List". These systems include the following: - The DNIe (electronic ID), certificates issued by the FNMT (Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre) and certificates for legal persons, public employees or individuals issued by the ACCV (Autoritat de Certificació de la C. Valenciana). - And the key-signature system operated by the State, which is only for natural persons (therefore, legal persons are excluded: companies, municipalities, entities, etc.). More information about the systems supported by the Generalitat's digital portal can be found on: https://sede.gva.es/es/web/sede_electronica/sede_certificados 2.- In order to carry out procedures online with the Generalitat's Administration while acting on behalf of another person (natural or legal), you must first register in the REPRESENTATIVES REGISTER held by the ACCV, or in the ELECTRONIC PROXY REGISTER held by the General State Administration, information on both registers is available: - On http://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=17168&version=amp, and - On http://www.accv.es/ciudadanos/registro-de-representantes/ Without this prior registration, in addition to not being accredited as a representative, nothing will be received in the presenter's citizen's file. 3.- By clicking on the direct link indicated in "How to process online" or on the link "PROCESS WITH CERTIFICATE" (in red at the beginning of this procedure), you will access the online procedure, which will allow you to fill in the initial web form, attach the application and other completed and digitally signed documents that you must provide and submit everything online, obtaining the corresponding registration receipt. 4.- Regarding the DOCUMENTS TO BE APPENDED, if any: It is recommended that you first collect them all and complete, sign and save them electronically on your computer, so that you can later incorporate them in the corresponding step of the online procedure. IMPORTANT: all certified or signed documents submitted electronically must be sent in PDF format and must include the DIGITAL SIGNATURES of the person(s) or entity(ies) signing the document(s). - The Valencian School of Health Studies is responsible for the recognition of professional qualifications in the health sector that were obtained in other European Union member states for the exercise of regulated health professions. - The Valencian School of Health Studies will process the procedure to recognise training qualifications or professional credentials in accordance with the provisions of Article 70 of Royal Decree 581/2017, of 9 June, which transposes into Spanish law Directive 2013/55/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 20 November 2013, amending Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications and Regulation (EU) No. 1024/2012 on administrative cooperation through the Internal Market Information System (IMI Regulation).

The appropriate appeals may be lodged against the resolution of the procedure, which does not terminate the administrative procedure, or against the lack of an express resolution within the established period, in accordance with Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on Common Public Administration Administrative Procedures.

Based on the documentation submitted, the Valencian School of Health Studies will proceed to issue and provide a decision, either accepting or rejecting the recognition of the training qualification or professional qualification requested, within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt of the application.
