What is it and what is it for?
- To provide information on forest reproductive material that is intended to be transferred from the Comunitat Valenciana to any European Union member state, in order to facilitate mutual administrative assistance between official bodies.
Observations
Observations
- The forest reproductive materials must comply, where applicable, with the relevant phytosanitary conditions laid down in Royal Decree 58/2005, dated 21 January 2005, on protective measures to combat the introduction and spread within the national territory and the European Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products, as well as for export and transit to third countries, and in Law 43/2002, dated 20 November 2002, on plant health.

- Any supplier intending to transfer forest reproductive material relating to the species included in Appendix I to Royal Decree 289/2003 from the Comunitat Valenciana to any European Union member state.

- At the registers of the administrative bodies to which they are addressed or at any administrative body belonging to the General State Administration, any administration of the Autonomous Communities, or any of the entities that make up the Local Administration if, in the latter case, the appropriate agreement has been signed, as well as at the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.
