SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT FOR PROP OFFICES AND PROP POINTS

Although it is not mandatory, we recommend requesting an APPONTMENT for PROP offices and PROP points. This way, you will be guaranteed preferential service at the scheduled date and time.

You can also request an appointment by calling the information line 012 (fixed call cost depending on your telephone provider) or +34 963866000 (for calls from outside the Valencian Region and recommended for phones with a flat rate in Spain).


CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you must cancel it so that someone else can use it. You can do this through the same link you used to book the appointment, by selecting the option 'Check or Cancel Appointment', or directly on the website: https://www.gva.es/anularcitaprop (in Spanish).


SERVICES THAT MUST BE REQUESTED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LOCAL AUTHORITIES:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

Number of procedures per appointment
Each appointment allows for one single procedure. You may request up to a maximum of 3 appointments for the available services

Required information to book an appointment
To reserve an appointment, you must provide your DNI, NIE, or passport number, the full name of the person who will attend the office, and a contact phone number. It is also recommended to include an email address to receive the appointment confirmation

Advance notice for booking an appointment
Appointments can be booked until 11:59 p.m. on the day before, provided there are available slots for the following day

Persons and entities required to interact with the Administration through electronic means
They are required to interact with the Generalitat Valenciana exclusively through electronic means:

  • Legal entities
  • Entities without legal personality, such as homeowners’ associations, unclaimed estates, or Temporary Business Unions
  • Individuals engaged in a professional activity requiring mandatory professional association, (legal professionals, procurators, architects, telecommunications engineers, etc.) for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Administration in the exercise of that professional activity
  • Individuals representing an interested party who is required to interact electronically with the Administration
  • Individuals participating in selection processes for access to public employment —whether as civil servants, labour personnel, or statutory staff— as well as individuals participating in temporary employment pools
  • Public employees, for the procedures and actions they carry out by reason of their professional status
  • Self‑employed individuals or sole proprietors, for the procedures and actions they carry out in the exercise of their professional activity
  • Individuals applying for scholarships, grants, or subsidies, when established in the regulatory bases, provided it is justified and verified that they have access to and availability of the necessary electronic means
